Returns Policy

 

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges.

Please note: buyers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent the wrong item.

Below you’ll find our full policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be in like-new condition, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition as received.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Final sale items, art prints, stickers, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund for the item(s) only, excluding the original shipping charge.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once complete. Please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to appear in your account.


Exchanges

If you need a different size, email info@saltyblondeshop.com with your name, order number, and the size you’d like instead.
We’ll provide return instructions.

Ship your item back (buyer is responsible for return shipping). Once received, we’ll send your new size within 2 business days, if available.


Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item, email info@saltyblondeshop.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the item.

We’ll send a prepaid return label and ship the correct item at no cost to you.
If the correct item is unavailable, you can choose a full refund or an exchange of equal value.


Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or is never delivered (tracking shows no delivery), email info@saltyblondeshop.com within 3 weeks of the delivery or estimated delivery date.

We’ll gladly issue a replacement or refund.


Stolen or Lost After Delivery

Once your package is marked as delivered, we’re unable to replace or refund stolen or misplaced items.

We recommend contacting USPS or UPS and filing a report with your local authorities.


International Orders

We accept returns for international orders, but buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds exclude the original shipping charge.
